Inscribed by the author on the copyright page. Oliver Hyer Budge (1872-1965) was a longtime civic and ecclesiastical leader in Cache Valley and northern Utah. He was a dentist by training and served as President of the German and Austrian Mission in the early 1930s, during Adolph Hitler's rise to power. This self-published work is rare.
