Harry Vroman (1889-1983) was a photographer that for a time worked under Ansel Adams in Yosemite before setting out on his own. He ran several studios in the Los Angeles area before relocating to Prescott, Arizona. During his career he traveled the American West documenting the peoples and landscapes of this varied region, with his photographs gracing the pages of several magazines, including 'Arizona Highways' and 'Desert Magazine.'.
