Nice work featuring the prolific and noted Kansas City architect, Nelle Peters, and her design of the Charles E. Phillips home, who was a prominent Kansas City developer and businessman. This work contains 11 large sepia toned photographs [33 cm x 26 cm] / [13" x 10"] mounted on rectos with a blind stamped borders. Japanese tissue covers. All the views are signed and dated in pencil at the lower right by Tyner & Murphy. Presumed rare.
