Captain's Farewell Dinner menu from the S.S. Mariposa, while it was enroute from Auckland, New Zealand to Sydney, Australia on July 8, 1972 that features an anchor on the cover. The S.S. Mariposa was one of the four luxury liners in Matson's 'White Fleet', which were designed by William Francis Gibbs and also included SS Malolo, SS Matsonia and SS Lurline. Mariposa was identical to Matsonia and very similar to Lurline.
