Forty-ninth State Dinner menu from the S.S. Mariposa, while it was enroute from Victoria, BC to Juneau, Alaska, on August 15, 1969 that features clipper ship cover art. The S.S. Mariposa was one of the four luxury liners in Matson's 'White Fleet', which were designed by William Francis Gibbs and also included SS Malolo, SS Matsonia and SS Lurline. Mariposa was identical to Matsonia and very similar to Lurline.
